We want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic setup, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all Ergohuman furniture. If your new chair doesn't perfectly support your workflow, you can return it for a full refund in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Disassemble and Pack

  Carefully disassemble your chair and place all components back into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and help you coordinate a convenient pickup time with our courier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
